Refund
As it's a custom made costume, I don't accept any refund or exchange.
But I will make adjustments if it is necessary, no problem.
Simply return me the costume ( to your fees), and I will make the alterations and ship to you for free.

Custom and personalized orders
Most of my costumes are made to order, at the custom size and a measurement guide will be provided to you as soon as this item is purchased. Please follow all my instructions and take all measurements.
It will take about 8 weeks to be ready from receiving measurements. ( Apart few exceptions)
If you buy a costume and do not contact me or respond to my message within 30 days, in giving me your measurements or just simply leave me a message, your order will be cancelled and refund less 15% of cancelation fees.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Customs and import taxes
The delivery method used is expedited parcel (with tracking number) with Canada Post, for United States.
Delivery for overseas countries is Expresspost ( Canada Post ), UPS, DHL or Fedex, with tracking number.
Ask me if I can ship to your country if you are not in the list!
